Our video calling service is perfect for fixing simple equipment issues over the phone – without the need to send a member of our team to your site.

Cleaning Equipment Delivery/Training Process

  • Equipment delivered will be cleaned and sanitised using a sanitiser spray, with particular attention to the touch points such as handles.
  • Prior to arrival at your site, we will agree a suitable location to drop off the equipment or carry out training if required.
  • Our ICE Product Genius will arrive on site in appropriate PPE (masks and gloves).
  • Social distancing must be in place of at least 2m from the ICE Product Genius.
  • Once the equipment is taken to a safe area the ICE Product Genius will carry out the training (if required) from a safe distance.
  • You will be required to sign a piece of paper to confirm that delivery/training has been completed.
  • The ICE Product Genius will then take a photo of this with their tablet/smartphone device to log the delivery as complete and leave site.

Cleaning Equipment Collection Process

  • If you have booked a collection with us, we will call you prior to collection to agree a suitable location to collect the equipment.
  • Our ICE Product Genius will arrive on site in appropriate PPE (masks and gloves)
  • Social distancing must be in place of at least 2m from the ICE Product Genius.
  • Please ensure that any equipment to be collected is cleaned and sanitised, paying particular attention to the touch points such as handles.
  • You will be required to sign a piece of paper to confirm that the equipment has been collected.
  • The ICE Product Genius will then take a photo of this with their tablet/smartphone device to log the delivery as complete and leave site.

Cleaning Equipment Service/Repair Process

  • Prior to arrival we will book our engineer into site as per individual site requirements.
  • On arrival, our engineer should be escorted to the machine location using safe social distancing measures.
  • Our engineer will then complete the investigation/repair.
  • Following this the engineer will demonstrate the machine working to the operator within safe social distance and will give details of the work that has been carried out.
  • Once the operator is satisfied that the equipment is working, he/she should sign a piece of paper to confirm that the repair has been completed.
  • The ICE engineer will then take a photo of this with their tablet/smartphone device to log the delivery as complete and leave site.
