Role Overview

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our comprehensive Marketing Strategy to drive the advancement and sustained prominence of our brand. Your responsibilities will include devising and executing impactful email marketing campaigns, curating engaging social media initiatives, managing website content and enhancement, and overseeing the coordination and execution of our entire marketing strategy.


Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Assist with the management and development of marketing campaigns, including providing detailed reports on in-depth insights into campaign activities.
  • Deliver comprehensive analyses and compelling reports detailing campaign undertakings, tailored for internal teams and clients.
  • Remain updated with the latest developments and trends in the realm of marketing, and actively seek out opportunities to integrate new and relevant strategies into campaigns.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to increase Brand Awareness
  • Regularly update and maintain the company website, ensuring its content remains current and appealing to visitors.
  • Implement design and content changes to enhance user experience and engagement.
  • Manage the sourcing and procuring branded and promotional items that align with the company’s branding guidelines, ensuring that campaigns are well-resourced within budget.
  • Be responsible of updating brochures and sales literature, ensuring the information provided is accurate and aligns with the brand’s messaging.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer relationship structure charts.
  • Handle general marketing administration tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the marketing department.


Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or Business with relevant Marketing skills
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology including the use of AI
  • Design knowledge including Canva and Adobe InDesign
  • Self-starter who is eager to gain experience and progress
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible and resilient while working in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
