Joe joined ICE as a Compliance Engineer Apprentice in August 2010. Throughout his time at ICE he has progressed through the operational ranks and is now a Workshop Controller of our Southern Hub. Joe now manages a team of five and oversees over 300 machines leaving the hub each month.
