Mollie Fayers – Key Account Manager
Mollie has a strong background in Customer Service and excels in problem resolution. She joined ICE in 2019 as a Customer Service Administrator, advancing to the Customer Service Manager in 2021. Previously, Mollie worked at Hobart in Scheduling and Administrative roles. Mollie has recently started her transition into the Key Account Manager role and will be joining the team full time in April 2024.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her dog, Elvis, in the countryside.
Matt Blaydon – Business Development Manager
Matt has worked in the cleaning industry since 2010 and has done various jobs from working in the warehouse getting machines ready, then onto demonstrating equipment out in the field, to now being part of the key account team! He has gained a vast array of knowledge during his 14 years in the business, which helps when specifying machines for challenging sites. This is what he believes builds trust and strong relationships with customers.
Outside of work Matt likes to spend time with his wife and two children. Football is a passion of his and something that drives his wife crazy at times!
Conor Mcarthur – Key Account Manager
Conor has worked within the FM Industry for 3 years, and has extensive experience working in Account Management identifying client needs and developing tailored, customer-centric solutions to drive partnerships.
Conor is a keen problem solver, taking an open and consultative approach to identify & support clients’ needs and overcome issues. His honesty and reliability contributes to building true partnerships within business and his passion for delivering outcomes for his clients fosters strong client relationships. He is a his best in a fast-paced environment, innovating and collaborating with cross-functional teams to exceed client expectations.
Outside of work Conor enjoys sports and fitness, cooking (and eating!), and spending time with his family, which is growing by one later this year.
