ICE has designed 4 simple aftercare packages offering everything from “light touch” support to “fully inclusive” fixed-cost solutions.

SMART Standard Package

Our lightest touch package – this service offer gives you the assurance that all assets covered are compliant and receive an annual planned maintenance visit.

SMART Enhanced Package

This package covers PA testing, annual planned maintenance visits for covered assets as well as cover for all major parts required for maintenance repairs.

SMART Premium Package

Our Premium package is the most popular amongst our customers and is the coverage included in our ICE Rental as standard!

This package covers annual planned maintenance visits for covered assets as well as cover replacement batteries and all parts required for maintenance repairs.

SMART Premium+ Package

The premium+ package includes everything from the first three packages and then some!

Covering all consumable items, damage/misuse and 24hr loan machine if required.
