Carbon Footprint Savings Calculator
Smartcall Assist includes a carbon footprint calculator which uses a sophisticated algorithm to calculate the carbon savings made from using Smartcall vs sending an engineer to site.
Calculations include distance from ICE to guest’s location, showing savings in driving time, travel cost, fuel consumption and total CO2.

AI Generated Equipment Support
The new AI equipment support feature allows the user to ask questions via the ICE App and Smartcall Assist generates answers based on common issues with each machine.
