Our Key Accounts Team

Aaron joined the ICE family in January 2023, coming directly from a cleaning company based in Suffolk where he was Head of Operations. His knowledge of Operations has given Aaron a great understanding of how our clients work and the pressures they face each day. His previous company also used ICE as a supplier which gave him a head start with understanding the equipment ICE provide and how it is best used in each environment. On a personal level, Aaron enjoys playing golf and spending time with his partner and children, trying to be as active as possible!

Jeff joined ICE 2021 as a Customer Support Administrator on the Helpdesk where he is the first point of contact for customers to resolve daily issues they face.  Previously Jeff worked as a sales rep in dental supplies while living in New Zealand and has also spent over a decade working as a chef. Jeff has recently started his transition into the Key Account Manager role and will be joining the team full time in January 2024.

Outside work Jeff enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, and trying to keep up with his Canadian hometown ice hockey team.

Mollie has a strong background in Customer Service and excels in problem resolution. She joined ICE in 2019 as a Customer Service Administrator, advancing to the Customer Service Manager in 2021. Previously, Mollie worked at Hobart in Scheduling and Administrative roles. Mollie has recently started her transition into the Key Account Manager role and will be joining the team full time in April 2024.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her dog, Elvis, in the countryside.

Jac brings over 11 years of invaluable industry expertise to his new role as Key Account Manager at ICE. With a background at companies such as i-team Global and Karcher UK, Jac has honed his understanding of diverse machinery, making him a trusted advisor in the field. His unwavering commitment to building robust partnerships and delivering exceptional service is not only a professional ethos but also a source of great satisfaction for him.

Outside of work, Jac maintains an active lifestyle, balancing his passion for fitness with the joys of parenthood. With two energetic boys aged 5 and 8, Jac thrives on outdoor adventures and encourages their active participation in various sports.

Matt has worked in the cleaning industry since 2010 and has done various jobs from working in the warehouse getting machines ready, then onto demonstrating equipment out in the field, to now being part of the key account team! He has gained a vast array of knowledge during his 14 years in the business, which helps when specifying machines for challenging sites.  This is what he believes builds trust and strong relationships with customers.

Outside of work Matt likes to spend time with his wife and two children. Football is a passion of his and something that drives his wife crazy at times!

Having recently joined the Account Management Team, Mitch brings 9 years of experience within the ICE business. He believes his experience will be valuable in connecting ICE and its customers together with its core values. This will underpin the service and delivery that is required for its valued clients.

Outside of work, Mitch likes to play golf at his local golf course competing in tournaments, and enjoys spending relaxing times out in the New Forest.
