Aaron Beadle – Key Account Director

Aaron has been with ICE for 7 years and during that time has had four promotions, starting in the company delivering/installing equipment to now managing some of ICE’s largest customers. Throughout Aaron’s career at ICE, he has always felt like part of a team and his managers have encouraged him to develop. When he is not at work, you’ll find Aaron on the golf course or travelling to new countries with his wife.

Aaron Hiles – Key Account Director

Aaron joined the ICE family in January 2023, coming directly from a cleaning company based in Suffolk where he was Head of Operations. His knowledge of Operations has given Aaron a great understanding of how our clients work and the pressures they face each day. His previous company also used ICE as a supplier which gave him a head start with understanding the equipment ICE provide and how it is best used in each environment. On a personal level, Aaron enjoys playing golf and spending time with his partner and children, trying to be as active as possible!

Damien Hiles – Development Account Director

Damien has been in the cleaning industry for 12 years, starting out working with a distributor called OCH, initially as a delivery driver and then working in the warehouse and trade counter. He progressed through the business and into a sales position which he held for 5 years. Upon leaving OCH in 2018, Damien joined Accelerate Facilities as a Sales Director and spent 2.5 years with the business before joining ICE in April 2001.  Damien’s interests outside of work include supporting the best football team in the land, Arsenal, and raising 3 small children including 1 year old twin boys.

Gabriella Duliba – Key Account Director

Gabriella recently joined ICE as a Key Account Director, having worked in the industry for over 8 years. Previously her role was specialising in hiring industrial equipment to the FM and Cleaning sector which has taught her to be adaptable and flexible when working with customers. Gabriella has a passion for building true partnerships within business and she thrives on working in a fast-paced environment. Being able to deliver excellent service to customers gives her great satisfaction. Outside of work when she isn’t running around after her 2-year-old, Gabriella loves being in the countryside and has a keen interest in interior design.

George Hewitt – Key Account Manager

George has been with ICE for 4 ½ years, joining the business in 2019 after finishing university. George’s first role at ICE was assisting with equipment demonstrations and training on customer sites. He developed and gained great machinery knowledge during this time which helped him transition smoothly into the Key Account Management team in 2021.

George’s main interests away from work are fitness and sport related – having the peak district on his doorstep allows for great hikes on the weekend. He ‘tries’ to play golf on a regular basis and loves a game of squash. A few beers in the pub on a Saturday watching Sheffield Wednesday FC always goes down a treat too!

Jack Bryant – Key Account Manager

Jack joined ICE in 2016 delivering, collecting, and training customer on equipment. He played a large part in delivering and training on some of our largest rollouts, such as M&S and Tesco. He progressed through this team and was promoted to Customer Support Manager, focusing on large, London based companies, such as Principle and JPC. He then left ICE for a short period, returning in 2021 as a Key Account Manager.

Outside of work, Jack likes to spend time with his partner and their little boy, they are an outgoing family and spend most weekends out walking their dog, going on weekends away, or hosting barbecues. Jack also ‘attempts’ to play golf and he has recently taken up mountain biking.

Tina Scarrott – Retail Account Director

After completing university, Tina started her career working in commercial property with Regus, IWG. After 5 years, and growing a career, she moved to a commercial property asset management company working across the UK and Netherlands for 5 years. Tina then moved to the facilities giant OCS and became a specialist in their Destinations and Venues team working in Retail facilities management. Tina joined ICE during the pandemic as a Strategic Account Director, and she now focuses on the Retail sector, managing all ICE’s direct retail clients.

Outside of work, Tina has a 6-year-old daughter who keeps her busy. They love to ski, sail, play tennis, and generally keep fit and healthy.

Jeff Broad – Key Account Manager (from 1st January 2024)

Jeff joined ICE 2021 as a Customer Support Administrator on the Helpdesk where he is the first point of contact for customers to resolve daily issues they face.  Previously Jeff worked as a sales rep in dental supplies while living in New Zealand and has also spent over a decade working as a chef. Jeff has recently started his transition into the Key Account Manager role and will be joining the team full time in January 2024.

Outside work Jeff enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, and trying to keep up with his Canadian hometown ice hockey team.
