Role Overview

We’re expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic Product Demonstrators – some to focus on our cutting-edge robotic cleaning machines, and others to focus on our proven, high-performance core industrial cleaning equipment.

In this dynamic, hands-on role, you’ll deliver, install and collect machines whilst providing expert training and demonstrations, and be the friendly face customers remember. Whether it’s guiding clients through advanced automation, collecting assets from customer sites or showcasing reliable industrial cleaning solutions, you’ll help businesses get the most from ICE.

 

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Deliver, install, collect and demonstrate cleaning equipment at customer sites across the UK
  • Train users on safe, effective machine operation
  • Support customers pre- and post-sale with expert advice and problem-solving
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, and fellow Demonstrators to ensure smooth setups and handovers
  • Tailor demonstrations to highlight key features based on customer needs
  • Use a tablet to log job progress and complete documentation
  • Follow safe handling, compliance, and product care protocols
  • For robotic roles: guide customers through setup, navigation, and intelligent automation features
  • For core kit roles: handle physical delivery logistics and collections and support traditional machinery operations

 

Experience and Skills:
  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence
  • A love for being on the move – extensive UK travel is part of the job
  • Great people skills – confident, friendly, and customer-focused
  • Experience in a field-based, logistics, or customer-facing role (technical product experience is a plus)
  • Tech-savviness for robotic roles
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated and adaptable with a can-do attitude
  • Comfortable using mobile devices and internal systems
  • To be based within an hour of our Head Offices which are in Totton
