Rachel joined ICE in 2007 as ICE’s only Helpdesk Administrator and quickly progressed to managing a small team of Helpdesk Administrators before adding Compliance Scheduler, Hub Manager, Transitions Manager, Key Account Manager & Parts Manager to her remit! 

As you can tell Rachel has dabbled in many areas of the ICE business over the years but always comes back to Parts Manager a role, she has held on and off for over eight years.
