Sam joined ICE in October 2007 as part of our growing Sales Admin team but with her strong data, analytics, and presentation skills she quickly added business improvement and bid support to her role. While improving administration efficiencies Sam worked alongside a handful of external suppliers – the same suppliers that we deal with today for both our IT & Communication Support.
As time passed at ICE Sam’s role business support role moved between departments from Sales Admin to Compliance to Data & Comms Manager and then ultimately onto her current role of Business Improvement Manager – a role she has held for 3.5 years, and her favourite position yet!
Over the course of Sam’s time at ICE, she has been involved in the launches of 3 business-wide systems, and 3 ICE Apps & introduced many new innovations to the Business such as Smartcall & Smartglasses.
