Following the announcement in March 2023 that ICE had won a lengthy trade mark dispute against Intelligent Cleaning Equipment and the distributor, Killis, the case was subsequently taken to the Court of Appeal.
The Appeal hearing took place in November 2023 and the appeal was dismissed, meaning that once again the Court ruled in our favour, and we (ICE) have protected our long-standing and well-established brand in the UK.
Essentially, this means that Intelligent Cleaning Equipment are prohibited from using the brand ICE in the UK.
