ICE vs Intelligent Cleaning Equipment (ICE HK) and Killis – Trade Mark Ruling

Following a lengthy trade mark dispute between ICE, Intelligent Cleaning Equipment and Killis, on 27^th February 2023 the Court has ruled in our favour. This means that we have protected our long-standing and well-established brands of both ICE and ICE Co-Botics in the UK.

The full judgment can be viewed here and means that:

1. Intelligent Cleaning Equipment and Killis are liable for infringement of our ICE and ICE Co-Botics trade marks in the UK;
2. The Court held that Intelligent Cleaning Equipment’s ICE, ICE Cobotics and ICE Robotics UK trade marks are invalid; and
3. Intelligent Cleaning Equipment’s counterclaim against us failed.
